There left only one week till most of crews will start or end your journey to Poland. We would like to remind that durnig check-in the safety officer will check your documentation: passport or identify card; Pilot License; pilot Flying Log Book; Balloon Registration Certificate; Certificate of Airworthiness; Certificate of Insurance (1.500.000 SDR); FAI Sporting License; Medical Certificate.

We kindly remind those of pilots who rent the balloon to check if your license does need the validation in country of registration of the balloon.

Some of pilots already received the document they taking part in 5th FAI Junior World Hot Air Balloon Championship and will not need to quarantine. Those who sent to us all information but haven't received the document yet will get in on Monday. However there still is about 14 pilots who has not send me the names and passport/ID numbers of crew. If you already know your crew please send it ASAP. Please keep in mind that before the event many unexpected situations for organizers may arise.

We provide the gas for one training flight. Those who will arive with empty bottles will have opportunity to refuel gas at scheduled hours (check the schedule below)

We were able to organise the guarded parking for your trailers. Will send the map of refuelling, parking and CC in near future.
